League Sessions:  Center for Transformative Learning

  • 4:00 PM Doors Open
  • 4:00 to 4:45 PM Registration and Inspection
  • 4:30 PM Drivers Meeting
  • 4:45 PM Opening Ceremonies
  • Teamwork Challenge and Skills Challege to begin immdiately following Opening Ceremonies
  • 7:30 PM (approximately) finish matches and begin cleanup
  • 8:00 PM End of Event (NLT)

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

You will be notified if there is any emergency which necessitates a cancellation. Teams should make sure their contact information in events.vex.com is up to date and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds will be available until September 7th. After that time cancellation or refunds will not be possible. Teams that have not paid by September 14th will be moved to the waiting list.
