Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Teams will be notified as early as possible if it is determined that bad weather will cause a change in event-day plans.  In the event of a cancellation, every effort will be made to reschedule for a later date.  If teams are not able to attend the rescheduled date, entry fee refunds will be issued.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds will be made to teams up to two weeks prior to the event, provided a written request is submitted (via email) to Jodie Marshall ([email protected]).  Any cancellations inside of the two-week window will not result in a refund.

If the event is rescheduled because of a weather-related event, refunds will be issued to teams that are unable to attend the new date.
