Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Oklahoma has many weather issues, but decisions will not be made until the day of the tournament. We know that in the same day it hails or snows, we will have 100 degree weather. All teams have the right to cancel on their own.
Refund and Payment Policies
In the event, that there is bad weather or the event needs to be cancelled, a refund will be issued. Any other issues will be at the discrepancy of the tournament director.
