General Info

The Inaugural Challenge at the Mount will be a robot performance only event with winners receiving invitations to the state championships in March, 2019. There will be no judged awards at this event. 

Additional information regarding directions, campus maps, times, and food ordering information will be added closer to the tournament date.  In the meantime, if you have any questions, please email [email protected]. Participants will be required to submit the VEX liability release form through events.vex.com or in person at the event.

Volunteer

Volunteers are essential to a successful tournament. Please consider volunteering. No prior experience is necessary. Please email Audrey Bryant ([email protected]) to sign up. Volunteers will receive any training necessary and a full day of inspiration working with incredibly talented youth. 

 

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of bad weather, updates will be made by email.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds will only be made if the event is cancelled by Mt. Pleasant. Refunds will not include the $5 processing fee assessed by Robot Events for processing. Registrations will not be refunded for teams that register but choose not to come.
