General Info

The Mustang VEXIQ Tournament is open to Elementary VEXIQ teams. The event is a State Qualifying event.  Only robot skills and teamwork competitions will take place.  There will be no STEM reseach project award.

NO OUTSIDE food or drink allowed in the venue, except for students/adults with special dietary needs.  Water bottles are allowed.

Concessions as well as an organized pizza order will be available

Participation and Consent Form

A completed consent form must be collected for all participants.  This year they may be submitted electronically to Robotevents, or you can choose to turn them in during check-in.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

The event will be rescheduled if cancelled due to bad weather. Teams will be notified of cancellation through the e-mail address provided in RobotEvents during registration.

Refund and Payment Policies

  • Refunds will not be given to teams cancelling less than a week before the competition.
  • Refunds will be sent out around 6 weeks from the event to those who cancel in due time.  
  • If teams registered and paid through robotevents, we must receive the funds from robotevents first. This sometimes takes 3-6 months.  
  • Refunds from robotevents will deduct 10%.
