General Info
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
******Due to the Southern California Wildfires the November 17, 2018 session has been reschedulrd to February 2, 2019. All other sessions will continue as originally scheduled.*****
This league is open to Middle and Elementary school teams and after-school programs in the San Fernando/Los Angeles area. This league will be meeting in the Student Center.
The first three sessions will be for Teamwork Challenge Qualification Matches.
The fourth and final session will begin with robot inspection, followed by Robot Skills matches and judging, and finishing with Teamwork Finals matches and Awards.. Robots need to pass inspection by 9:00 AM to be included in the Teamwork match schedule.
***Teams will sign up to provide one adult volunteer for one of the first three sessions and for the final session.***
LATE Arrivals
Teams must be checked in 45 minutes prior to the start of the qualification matches so that the match schedule may be printed. Teams must contact the event partner if they are running late or they will be removed from the team list for the event.
Team Payment
Teams must be paid one week prior to the event. Teams not paid at this time may be dropped at the event partner's discretion to allow teams in from the wait list.

Volunteer
Teams will sign up to provide one adult volunteer for one of the first three sessions and for the final session. These volunteers will be scheduled at the first session.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If any session has to be cancelled, we will offer an additional session.
The event partner will contact teams if the event must be postponed. Teams should make sure their contact information in events.vex.com is up to date and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.
Refund and Payment Policies
Event payments are expected when you register for this event and must be completed (showing PAID in the system) a minimum of 1 week prior to the event date. Unpaid teams will be moved to the wait list and replaced with another team already on the wait list.
No refunds will be made once a team is marked PAID in the system. Please contact Steve Clark for further information.
