Agenda

The tenative agenda for the day is below. We expect there to be some changes because this is an early season event.

7:00am Doors open for volunteers

7:30am Registration & Inspection Begins, Pits open, Practice Fields Open, and Skills Fields Open

8:15am Inspection closes, Opening/Event Meeting *Teams not registered with their robots inspected by 8:15 will be disqualified*

8:30am Qualification matches begin

12:00pm Break for lunch

12:30pm Qualification matches resume 

3:00pm Qualification matches finish and skills events close

3:30pm Elimination matches begin

4:30pm Awards Ceremony

5:00pm Competition event closes

Volunteer

Volunteers will be needed for event setup, robot inspection, reset, event tear down, and other positions. If you have any interest in helping out, please contact Jeff Layne at [email protected].

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations, please visit the event on events.vex.com where updates about the event status will be posted as needed.  Please make sure your team's contact information is up to date in the event we need to contact your team.

Refund and Payment Policies

Event payments are expected when you register for this event and must be completed (showing PAID in the system) a minimum of 1 week prior to the event date. Unpaid teams will be removed from the event, allowing space for teams on the wait list. No refunds will be made once a team is marked PAID in the sysytem.
