Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad Weather changes to the schedule will be emailed to team contacts
Options
1 Event opening may be delayed to allow for travel.
2. Event may be moved to posted bad weather date.
3. Event may be canceled due to the weather.
Announcements will go out by 6:00 am. all teams are encouraged to use their best judgment when deciding to attend.
Refund and Payment Policies
1. There is a bad weather date of Sunday, Janauary 13th If the event is moved to the bad weather date no refunds will be given to teams that are unable to attend.
2. If the event is canceled team registration fee minus Event Partners expenses will be refunded.
