General Info
The Liberty Elementary Robotics event is in its 3rd year. At this event, we will have 3 State spots - 1=Excellence and 2=Teamwork Champions. There will be additional trophies for Skills, Design and Judges awards.
Event payments are expected when you register for the event and must be completed 2 weeks prior to the event date. Unpaid teams will be removed from the event to allow teams on the wait list to register. Please contact me if there are considerations to be made.

We will be hosting a Middle School event at the same time as the Elementary event. We have not finalized our agenda with this new addition, but we are tentatively looking at:
8am - Doors Open
8-9am - Registration/Inspection/Skills Challenge
9-9:15am - Driver Meeting
9:15-9:30am - Opening/Introductions
9:30-12:30pm - Teamwork Matches
12:30-1:15pm - Lunch/Skills Challenge
1:15-3:15pm - Elimination matches and awards
3:30 - Have a safe trip home :)
Volunteer
We welcome volunteers for our event. If you would like to volunteer, please contact the Volunteer Coordinator, Cheryl Wewe, at 812-584-3504. We are looking for Queuing, Judges, Referees and field re-set.
Deadline for volunteers is January 18th.

In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations, please visit the event on events.vex.com where I will post updates about the event status, as needed. Please feel free to contact me by phone at 812-584-3504, if you are going to be late to the event. Match lists will be generated as scheduled and cannot be re-run.
Refund and Payment Policies
Refunds are granted in extreme cases only. Refunds will be approved on a case by case basis within 2 weeks of the event's completion.
