General Info
This event will be a VEX IQ Competition Event, which will include individual robot skills challenges as well as a 2 on 2 tournament according to VEX IQ rules. In general we aim to give teams 4 skills runs (2 Programming and 2 Driver controlled) and 6 cooperative matches each, in addition to the finals. The STEM Research Project, Design Award, as well as the Excellence Award, will also be jugded at this event.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of inclement weather, all team advisors will be contacted via email. While sometimes weather can be unpredictable, usually we will make a decision by 4:00pm the next day before the event, if not earlier. I will also update the "EVENT INFORMATION" tab to read "CANCELLED" at the top.
Depending on the circumstances, we will make every effort to reschedule, rather than outright cancel an event, and that will be done on a case by case basis depending on the schedule and space availability.
Refund and Payment Policies
In the event of an event cancellation, team registrations will be refunded. Any other refunds due to extenuating circumstances will be handled on a case by case basis. It is expected that teams utilize the robotevents system to handle event payments prior to attending the event. No-show teams are still responsible for submitting their registration fees.
In all cases, each registration contains a $5 robotevents non-refundable processing fee.
