General Info

Bots on the Mountie -- This event will be held in the cafeteria of Irondale MiddleSchool.  Doors will open at 7 am all teams must be checked in prior to 8 am.  Qualification matches will begin shortly after all teams have checked in no later than 9:00. This event is scheduled to conclude by 3:30.  Concessions and drinks will be available to purchase to all teams during the event. Please do not bring any practice fields, our space is limited and we will have skills fields open for the entire event until finals.   If you have any questions please email [email protected] 

Tournament was orginally planned for Jan 26th - the date was changed to Feb 2nd due to facility considerations.  If you try to register and have any problems please email me at [email protected]

Parking

There is parking for cars and busses.  

Fields

We will have at least 4 fields set up for VEX IQ

Food

There will be a hospitality room for coaches and consession stand will be open.  A menu of all concession stand items will be posted closer to the event date.  There will be a 30 min lunch break.  

STEM Research Video will not be judged

7:30 am Doors Open

7:30 to 8 am  Check in -  

NLT 9:30 am  Qualificaiton rounds 

1200 pm - Lunch

1230 pm - Finals Begin

 Skills fields will be open for the enitre event closing when qualification rounds end. Teams will receive one attempt at Drivers skills and Automation skills.
