General Info

Welcome to the Crown Point VEXIQ Next Level MS WintQualifier! This is an Official Indiana VEX IQ State Qualifying Event that is scheduled for 3 State Qualification Spots as follows:  1 = Excellence Award and 2 = Teamwork Champions.

Any team not paid by 3 weeks before the event will be removed and that space will be offered to a team on the wait list.

Concessions and pizza orders will be available for Snacks and Lunch.

Participation and Consent:

A completed form for all participants must be turned in during check-in. Team leaders will need to collect the completed forms for all team members attending the event and turn them in to the registration desk when checking in.  The consent form is located in the Documents tab of this event.

The day of registration check-in deadline is 8:45 am; teams not checked in by that time will be removed
from the event and will not be included in the match list.

All payments for entry fees MUST be in advance. Payments not accepted at the door.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations please check your emails for updates. There will be no refunds for cancellations. Please email me at [email protected] if you are going to be late to the event. Match Lists will be generated as scheduled (on agenda) and cannot be re-run.

Refund and Payment Policies

Event payments are expected when you register for the event and must be completed 3 weeks prior to the event date. Un-paid teams will be removed from the event to allow teams on the wait list to register. Please contact me if there are considerations to be made.

All requests for refunds must be made 3 weeks prior to the event. Refunds are granted in extreme cases only and will forfeit the $5 team fee. Thank you for being understanding.
