Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
En caso de mal tiempo, todos los couch del equipo serán contactados por correo electrónico. Aunque a veces el clima puede ser impredecible, por lo general tomaremos una decisión antes de las 4:00 pm del día anterior al evento, si no antes. También actualizaré la pestaña "GENERAL INFO" para leer "CANCELADO" en la parte superior.

In the case of inclement weather, all team advisors will be contacted via email. While sometimes weather can be unpredictable, usually we will make a decision by 4:00 pm the day before the event, if not earlier. I will also update the "GENERAL INFO" tab to read "CANCELED" at the top.
Depending on the circumstances, we will make every effort to reschedule, rather than outright cancel an event, and that will be done on a case by case basis depending on the schedule and space availability.
Refund and Payment Policies

Due to the usual timeline needed for teams to register and arrange transportation, teams that decide to drop out later than 15 days in advance of an event will be unable to secure a refund unless there are extenuating circumstances.
In the event that you decide to drop your team and another team is willing to take your place, your registration fee minus a $5.00 charge to cover processing costs can be reimbursed to you upon request.
