General Info
Kingsbury VEX IQ ES Tournament
Welcome to Kingsbury Elementary School's 2019 VEX IQ ES Robot Tournament! This event will be held in the Kingsbury gymnasium. The check in table will be just inside the front doors. Please enter through Door #1.
Please bring a signed participant consent form for all students, teachers, and coaches who will be in attendance.
This VEX IQ ES Next Level Invitational will offer 2 State Qualifying spots for Teamwork Challenge only. There will be 20 teams in this event. Along with the Sportsmanship award, we will also be awarding the Robot Skills Champion.
- Teams in 3 or more events are not eligible to compete in this event
- This event is not part of the Early Bird Registration

Volunteer
We welcome volunteers for our event. If you would like to volunteer, please contact Kim Glenn or Karen Menke at 219-362-1823. We are looking for Queing, Referees, and field re-set.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of bad weather condition or possible cancellations, please visit the event on events.vex.com where we will post updates about the event status as needed in the General Description. Please feel free to contact us by phone at 219-851-0520 or 219-363-0980 if you are going to be late to the event. Match Lists will be generated as scheduled and cannot be re-run.
We will call you at the number you provided on Saturday morning, if we need to cancel the event due to bad weather.
Refund and Payment Policies
All requests for refunds must be made 2 weeks prior to the event. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 1 month following the event.
