General Info

This is a state qualifying Elementary School tournament.  

Rules: Please read carefully

The capacity is 24 teams.
This event is not a part of the Early Bird Registration.
Teams with fewer than 3 events and those NOT already qualified for state will be given first priority.
To be considered for this event, teams are to register into the Waiting List.
There will only be 2 state spots for Teamwork Challenge champion.
There will NOT be any judged awards.
Robot Skills Champion will be offered.

Concessions will be available during the event.

Participation and Consent:    A completed form for all participants must be turned in during check-in. Team leaders will need to collect the completed forms for all team members attending the event and turn them in to the registration desk when checking in.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations please check your emails for updates.  Please email me at [email protected] if you are going to be late to the event. Match Lists will be generated as scheduled (on agenda) and cannot be re-run.

Refund and Payment Policies

Event payments are expected when you register for the event and must be completed 1 week prior to the event date. Un-paid teams will be removed from the event to allow teams on the wait list to register. Please contact me if there are considerations to be made.

All requests for refunds must be made 1 week prior to the event. Refunds are granted in extreme cases only and will forfeit the $5 team fee. Thank you for being understanding.
