VEX IQ MIDDLE and ELEMENTARY SCHOOL 

  • 8:15 AM - 9:00 AM -Doors Open, registration open, pits open
  • 8:30 AM - Volunteer training for referees, judges and field staff
  • 8:45 AM - 8:50 AM - Coaches and Drivers Meeting
  • 9:15 AM - 1:00 PM - Qualification Matches
  • 1:00 PM - 2:15 PM - Skills Matches
  • 2:15 PM - Finals 
  • 2:30 PM Awards and Cleanup

 

NO FOOD PROVIDED AT THE SITE.  PLEASE BRING DRINKS, SNACKS AND A LUNCH.

RSVP by January 25th to ensure a spot for your teams!  

Please include number and names of each VEX team member and if any guests or administrators will be attending.

All competitors and guests will sign-in upon arrival.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of North Allegheny School District cancelled due to inclement weather, this event will be moved to the following day February 7th.  If North Allegheny School District is on a two hour delay, the event will start 2 hours later and the schedule will be modified.

Refund and Payment Policies

If your team needs to cancel, full refunds will be provided up to 14 days prior to the event.  Refunds WILL NOT be provided within 14 days from the event.
