Depending on your availability you can volunteer to be a judge, referee, score keeper, field reset, and much more. If you could only volunteer part of the day please say so in the email.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the case of inclement weather, all team advisors will be contacted via email. While sometimes weather can be unpredictable, we will make the decision as fast as possible keeping in mind the safety of everyone. We will then update team advisors with a rescheduled event date or time.

Refund and Payment Policies

In the event cancellation, team registration fees will be refunded. Any other refunds due to extenuating circumstances will be handled on a case by case basis. It is expected that teams utilize the robotevents system to handle event payments prior to attending the event.

No-show teams are still responsible for submitting their registration fees. 

In all cases, each registration contains a $5 robotevents processing fee that is not refundable.
