We will be using the Volunteer Management System to facilitate volunteers for this event. I will post a link as soon as it is up and running.

In the event that we do need to cancel this event the event partners will do our best to advise this informaiton as far in advanced as possible. Since we are not able to reschedule the event we will do everything in our power to hold the event as scheduled. Please use your best judgement in safely getting your team to the tournament.

Refunds are generally not avaialble if the tournament is held. We will review requests on a case by case basis if needed.
