Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of inclement weather, we will attempt to reschedule the event at a later date. All teams will be notified via e-mail if the event is cancelled. If a team is unable to make the rescheduled date, we will issue a refund if they notify us at least 4 days prior to the rescheduled date.
Refund and Payment Policies
Refunds will be issued if a team is unable to make a rescheduled date for cancelled events.
