General Info
This is a really fun event as it is run in the same gym as a Middle School VRC event. The elementary kids get to watch Middle School teams and the next level of VEX robotics!
Please note - Awards will take place immediately after the Teamwork Playoff rounds.
A lunch buffet is available for teams attending the New Year's VEX Tournament. The buffet will have a choice of a hot dog or two pieces of Andiamo's pizza (cheese or pepperoni), salad or fruit, a snack and choice of drink. $5.00 per person. Coaches will pick up lunch tickets and pay for lunch order at the check-in table the morning of the event. Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations please visit the event on events.vex.com where we will post updates about the event status if there is a delay or cancellation. Please feel free to contact me by phone if you are going to be late to the event (616-540-3239) . Match Lists will be generated as scheduled, and only teams that have checked in onsite (or called to tell us they will be late) will be included on the match lists and eligible to play

All requests for refunds must be made 3 weeks prior to the event. Refunds if approved will be processed within 1 month following the event.
