Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Please note that per a change in Robot Event’s policy we will not reschedule should there be a need to cancel the event due to inclement weather. We hope this is not a concern now that we’ve moved our event to December, but will email the list of coaches on the morning of, should we see a need to do so.  We look forward to showcasing everyone’s hard work with their robots!

Refund and Payment Policies

Team registration fees will not be refundable after Friday, December 6, 2019.

Driving Directions

Edgewood Intermediate School is located just west of downtown Ellettsville, as Sale Street turns into Reeves Road. Traveling from Bloomington/SR 37/I-69 you will continue approximately 10 miles west on SR 46 through Ellettsville. Once the highway splits into east and west-bound lanes, you will take your next left onto Sale Street. Continue through a stoplight and two stop signs. At the second stop sign, at Sycamore Dr/Louden Rd, turn right and continue around to the back of the schools to park. Traveling from Spencer/SR 67 once the highway splits into east and west-bound lanes, you’ll prepare to turn right at the stoplight on Sale St/Reeves Rd. Again, continue through two stop signs, and at the second, at Sycamore Dr./Louden Rd, turn right and park in the rear of the school. 

Parking 

There are two parking lots available at Edgewood Intermediate School. The lot located in the rear of the building, accessible from Sycamore, presents the easiest access to the gym and cafe.  You may enter the school through door 4. Overflow parking will be in the front of the building.
