General Info

This is an Official Indiana VEX IQ State Qualifying Event. Any team not paid by February 8 will be removed and that space will be offered to a team on the wait list. We are very excited and are making plans for a great day of competition.

Whole Pizzas: Team pizzas (Large 14" single topping) will be available to order for $10. Orders due by 9:00 AM day of the competition. A gluten free pizza option is available upon advanced notice (small 10" single topping $13 - email [email protected] by noon Feb 3rd for gluten free).

Concessions: We will also have full concessions again this year. We heard you loud and clear last year and are increasing the amount of Chick-fil-a we will have on hand (however supplies will still be limited). We are increasing the size of the pizza slices. Nearly everything from last year, from slushies to nachos, is still on the menu and more! We have two fantastic additions to the menu this year. A limited supply of cupcakes from our local cake maker "The Cakehole" https://www.facebook.com/thecakehole and Sullivan's BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches. You won't want to miss these great new menu items!

Participation and Consent: A completed form for all participants must be turned in during check-in or uploaded in advance. Team leaders will need to collect the completed forms for all team members attending the event and turn them in to the registration desk when checking in. The day of registration deadline is 8:45 am, teams not registered by that time will be removed from the event and will not be included in the match list. All payments for entry fees MUST be in advance. Payments not accepted at the door.

Refund and Payment Policies

All requests for refunds must be made 3 weeks prior to the date of the event. Refunds if approved will be processed within 1 month following the event.
