General Info
Welcome to the VEX IQ Squared Away Competition at St Robert Bellarmine School! The elementary and middle school competitions will be taking place at the same time in each of our two gyms for a comfortable, spread out format. Please enter by the cafeteria if possible for registration. The elementary teams will be on the upper level gym, so you may bring your gear through the door at the flag pole, so you don't have to haul it through the lower level cafeteria and up the stairs. Middle school will be at the lower level gym, on the same level as the cafeteria.

The concessions stand in the cafeteria will provide all kinds of fuel for everyone who attends, so we can stay focused on the competition. We ask that you do not bring outside food (unless a medical condition applies). Concessions are a large part of what keeps our program alive, please help support us! The concessions stand will feature breakfast (coffee and doughnuts) and lunch/snack items (including meatball heroes and walking tacos). Beverages and lighter items too!

Volunteer
All kinds of volunteers will be needed for the event! Please help! If your program has a playing field that is available for the tournament day, we will greatly appreciate that too. If you are sharing your playing field, we will be there for set up the Friday evening before and Saturday morning.
Experience level:
No previous experience is needed for most volunteer positions, and you can even bring your kids for a family activity (for example, Field Resetter is an ideal position for young children).
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Indoor competition will take place in almost any conditions. If the weather prohibits safe travel to the event, we may be unable to post-pone the tournament. Details will be emailed out as conditions arise.
Refund and Payment Policies
Refunds may be available if the tournament does not occur due to emergency/bad weather.
