Mac El 4th Annual VEX IQ ES INVITATIONAL Challenge; Bunker Hill, IN

General Info

• This event will:

  1. Only offer 2 state spots for Teamwork Challenge
  2. Not offer any judged awards
  3.  Be an invitational.  Teams will be invited to participate.  Teams in 3 or more events are not eligible to compete in this event.  Teams in 2 or less events are eligible.
  To be considered, teams are to sign up into the Waiting List.

• Our school is not located near many restaurants, but we will be providing a large selection of foods in our concession stand.  If you do not want to purchase the food we have available, please feel free to pack snacks or a sack lunch
• The doors to the event will open at 8:00 a.m.. on the day of the event.  Please enter the doors located at the south end of our building near the gym. 
• Each team will have their own pit area with a power source for charging.  We ask that your team members relax in their pits while waiting for the matches.  We ask that only team members and coaches are in the pit areas.  Parents will be asked to return to the bleachers if they are in the pits.
• We will have two practice fields set up for teams to practice prior to their matches.  Please remind your team members to take turns and treat the materials with respect.  Any materials broken while practing will be the responsibility of the teams to replace.
   
• The capacity for this event is 30 teams.

We hope to run a fun, and challenging competition here at Mac El.
