General Info

The Mishawaka VEX IQ ES Invitational Tournament will be held in the gym of Beiger Elementary. A more detailed schedule will be posted closer to the event day.

Only teams in 2 or less events can register for this event. To be considered, register for the event in the Waiting List

Event payments are expected when you register for the event and must be completed 3 weeks prior to the event date. Unpaid teams will be removed from the event to allow teams on the waitlist to register.

There will NOT be any judged awards at this event.

Participation and Consent:

A completed form for all participants must be turned in during check-in. Team leaders will need to collect the completed forms for all team members attending the event and turn them into the registration desk when checking in.

The day of registration check-in deadline is 8:30 am; teams not checked-in by that time will be removed from the event and will not be included in the match list.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of bad weather, the event will be canceled. Coaches will be contacted the day before or the day of the event.

Refund and Payment Policies

All requests for refunds must be made 3 weeks prior to the event. Refunds if approved will be processed as soon as possible following the event. Refunds will be the fee minus the $5 fee that goes to RobotEvents which is NON-REFUNDABLE.
