Note: All teams must be through inspection by 9:00AM. All Design Notebooks should be turned in when getting inspected.

Volunteer

Volunteers are needed for setup (Saturday afternoon) and takedown (Sunday  afternoon). If you are familiar with VEX IQ please consider volunteering as a judge or scorekeeper.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Please check this event page on the evening before and morning of the event in case of inclement weather. We might delay the start, but we will not postpone. In the event of a weather cancellation, we will refund all registration fees. 

Refund and Payment Policies

100% Refunds are available if notice is received prior to the close of registration on December 14th. After registration closes, registration MAY be refunded if a team from the waitlist replaces you. 

In case of weather cancellation, all registration fees  are fully refundable.

Travel Info

Our event location is Farmingdale High School, 150 Lincoln St, 11735. However, please drive clockwise around the building to the Grant St. entrance. There you will find our dropoff spot right next to the south gym, and ample bus parking. Cars will be directed to the faculty lot. If you have a placard for handicapped parking, security will direct you to parking.
