General Info

The Harvey School will be holding a VEX IQ “Squared Away” state qualifying tournament at our campus in northern Westchester County, just 40 minutes north of NYC and an hour from most of Long Island. We have a beautiful facility, plenty of parking, a brand new double gym, and WIFI available.

We look forward to hosting all of you at our event. Our goal is to provide a competitive and professionally run event. There will be plenty of room, tables, and wifi for every team. Drinks and snacks will be available for purchase, as well as the ability to order pizza for lunch.

We offer volunteer certificates for anyone who needs community service hours. Volunteering is not limited to the Harvey community. Bring your family, neighbors, friends, relatives or complete strangers!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the case of inclement weather, all team advisors will be contacted via email. While the weather can be unpredictable, we will make a decision by 5:00 am on the day of the event, if not earlier. Up to date information will also be available on WHUD Storm Center at http://pamal.com/stormcenter/whud.php and at the Harvey website at www.harveyschool.org. Please check either website before you leave for the tournament. If you have further questions or have difficulty getting to the tournament on time, please call or text Sam Schursky at 914-960-7346.

In the event of a snow event or other postponement, the tournament will be held on Sunday, December 15, 2019.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds will not be granted after December 1, 2019.
