General Info

We will be Hosting our Invite in the HS gym. We will have plenty of space for teams and audiance members. We Use a Volunteer system for our Judges and Referees, so if you have anyone interested Please have them Contact Rob Woolery(see contact info). If we secure an event sponsor we will provide Lunch and Tee-Shirts for all competitiors. Last year the teams were able to have 7 matches and as the day moved on, we found time for a few 15 minute breaks. We. Will have a snack bar running offering some breakfast and lunch menu items. A menu will be posted the week of the event.

We will be notifying teams if there is a weather Isuue the Day before, if we have to cancel we will try an alternate date or provide a Partial refund as we have already paid money for the event.
