Doors for tournament will open at 7am through door #2.

Tentative Agenda – Subject to Change

IMPORTANT! If your team will be late, you must call the Event Partner (Primary Contact on the General Info tab). If your team is not checked-in on time, the match schedule will be run without your team and they cannot compete. The match schedule CANNOT be run after the tournament begins.

7:30 am – Doors open, Registration, Pits Open
8:00 am – Inspection Opens
8:30 am – Practice Field Open, Skills open on Skills Field & Match Fields as available
Inspected Robots Only!
Skills are first come, first served, maximum 3 Driver & 3 Programming skills runs
9:00 am – Check-in & Inspection Closes – Call the Event Partner if your team will be late!
9:40 am – Opening Ceremony & Team Meeting – Everyone meet in the competition area
10:00 am – Qualification Matches Begin, Skills Field Opens
1:00 pm – Qualification Matches End, Skills Field Closes
1:15 pm – Finals Matches Begin (All Teams Play In Finals Matches!)
2:00 pm – Final Awards & Event Closing

The safety of everybody is important to us.  We will try to run everything on time.  Updates will be posted to Robotevents as soon as they are available.

If the event is cancelled, then "Cancelled" will appear in the title of the event.
