Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the unlikely event of incliment weather, a determination will be made 48 hours from the start time of the event as to whether the event will continue or be cancelled. If the event is cancelled all participating teams will be notified as quickly as possible.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds will not be granted unless the host institution is notified within 48 hours of the start of the event. If a team fails to notify the host institution of an intent to no-show, the participating team will forfeit the registration fee.
