Come watch the top VEX IQ teams in Louisiana compete to earn spots at the VEX Worlds competition!

Note:  STEM Research Projects are now submitted via an online video.  According to the the guidlines, for a State competition, these videos must be submitted 2 weeks prior to the competition.  Therefore, the deadline for submitting your video to be judged for the Louisiana State Championship is Saturday, February 2nd.  See documents for more information on the STEM research project.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the unlikely occurence of severe weather such as tornado or flooding, the event shall be postponed to the next available Saturday.  Teams that wish to opt out of the new event will receive a full refund, minus the 5 dollar REC fee.

Refund and Payment Policies

Teams who withdraw at least two weeks prior to the event will receive a full refund minus a 5 dollar handling fee.  Teams withdrawing up to two day's prior will receive a half refund.  Teams cancelling the day prior to the event or later shall forfeit their full registration fee.  Refunds may take up to 4 weeks after the event to process.
