Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of inclement weather, all team advisors will be contacted via email.  While sometimes weather can be unpredictabe, usually we will make a decision by 4:00pm the day before the event, if not earlier.  I will also update the "EVENT INFORMATION" tab to read "CANCELLED" at the top.

Depending on the circumstances, we will make every effort to reschedule this important event, rather than outright cancel, and that will be done on a case by case basis depending on the schedule and space availability.

Refund and Payment Policies

In the event of an event cancellation, team registrations will be refunded.  Any other refunds, due to extenuating circumstances, will be handled on a case by case basis.  It is EXPECTED that teams utilize the robotevents system to handle event payment PRIOR to attending the event.  NO-SHOW teams are still responsible for submitting their registration fees.  In ALL cases, each registration contains a $5.00 robotevents processing fee that is NOT refundable.
