Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

This event is indoors in August.  In the event that something arrises that prevents us from hosting the tournament, we will contact the phone numbers and emails provided by your team as soon as the decision is made.  Efforts will be taking to contact those furthest away from the venue first. Please make sure your team contact information is up to date in your events.vex.com account and includes email and cell phone numbers.

Refund and Payment Policies

Teams that withdraw from registration 15 days in advance of the event will be given a refund.  Teams that withdraw in the 15 days prior to the event will not be given a refund.
