General Info

This is a full tournament event that includes only skills and the competition. We will not have enough judges for presentations.

The event is held in the large gym in the back of the high school complex. We will have a marquee greeting you and signs leading you to the gym.

We will be open from 7:AM and anticipate the close to be at 3-4PM,

We ask teams to help disassemble fields, put their tables and chairs away and leave the trash in designated cans.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

we have not had a bad weather day in 15 years of doing this but there are two possibilities.

One, we will try a reschedule. I do 4 events.

Two, we can arrange a refund.

All emergency information will be listed on the website but I will also try to call you ASAP.

Refund and Payment Policies

All registrations are honored up to one week prior to the event.

You MUST contact me in writing by Prior to one week before the event. You must specify your team numbers and the total number of teams being refunded. You must also identify your name school and who the refund in the school is authorized to accept this check.

Any deflection from this policy will not be honored.
