Please add yourself to the waitlist if there is no space left on the event and closer to the event we can add teams if some cancel.

The tournament will be run out of our Chester Gym facility and Wrestling room. Updates on parking, venue layout, and such will be updated closer to the time of the tournament due to campus construction.

9:00 am – 11:30 pm – Qualification Matches

11:30 pm - 12:00pm – Lunch Break

12:15 pm – 1:45 pm – Qualification Matches

2:15 pm – 3:00 pm – Finals & Awards

3:30- Event clean up

8:45 am – 11:30 pm – Skills Fields – Max of 3 attempts per type

12:15 pm – 1:15 pm – Skill Fields – Attempts for teams who haven’t done one yet get priority

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If the event has to be cancelled due to bad weather, all teams will be reimbursed for the event minus the $5 registration fee. Please see the refund tab for info on reimbursement.

All coaches will be emailed if it is cancelled. Please pay attention to the Weather channel if there looks like there will be inclement weather.

Refund and Payment Policies

No refunds unless the tournament is cancelled because of weather. The refund will only be $60.

Unpaid teams will be put on the waitlist two weeks before the event, unless payment has been worked out via email with the EP Greg Mueller.
