Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event that this event cannot take place due to inclement weather, registration fees will be returned minus $5.00 for administrative fees and postage.

Refund and Payment Policies

Registration fees will not be refunded if teams do not cancel at least one week prior to the tournament.

All teams need to be present and checked in prior to the start of the competition. Refunds will not be issued to teams who arrive after competition rounds have begun.

If this event is canceled due to inclement weather, team registration fees (minus $5 administrative fee) will be refunded.
