Volunteer

We are always looking for willing people to volunteer for our event.  Volunteering gives you a unique perspective that can prove helpful to your team.  If you are willing to volunteer please contact Debbie Huffine at 317-727-1483 and we will work together to find the perfect place for you!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event that inclement weather would necessitate cancelling the event, the decision will be made by 5 AM and teams will be notified via email. 

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds will be granted if the sponsors are notified via email at least two weeks prior to the competition.

Travel Info

Guion Creek Middle School is easily accessible from 465 and 65.  The school sits on west 52nd street and is between Georgetown Rd. and Guion Rd.  There will be orange signs at the major intersections to guide you.
