12:15 QUALIFICATION MATCHES START UP AGAIN

2:15 FINALS BEGIN FOR ELEMENTARY

3:00 - FINALS END AND CLEAN UP BEGINS WHILE AWAITING JUDGES FINAL DECISIONS

3:30- AWARDS

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of an emergency on the day of the event you will be notified by phone call from myself or one of my volunteers. In the event of a cancellation ahead of time, Coaches will be notified by email. Refunds will be given if event gets cancelled due to weather or applied toward another date if there is one available.

Refund and Payment Policies

If you need to cancel for whatever reason and you do so 2 weeks in advance a full refund minus Robotevents fee (5.00) will be returned.

Travel Info

Fruitland Park Elementary is easily accessible from Highways  441/27, 75, 301, and the FL Turnpike. We are located between The Villages and Leesburg, FL. It's actually the center of the state. Again, the address is 304 West Fountain Street. Plenty of parking in the side lot. cafeteria is to your left after parking.
