General Info

Welcome to Westchester's Second Annual Vex IQ Tournament!

At this event, we will have 3 State Spots 1= Excellence and 2 Teamwork Champions. There will be additional trophies for Design, Skills and Judges Awards. Design notebooks will be collected when you enter the event at the registration table.

Participation & Consent:

A completed consent form for all participants must be turned in during check-in or online before the competition. The consent form can be found in the documents tab of this event.

Concessions:

Concessions will be available for snacks. There are many local lunch options, however, a pizza order form will be available for teams wanting to order pizza to be delivered during lunch time. The pizza order form can be found in the documents tab of this event. All orders must be emailed to Katie Toweson ([email protected]) by 3 p.m. on Friday, January 31st.

Registration:

The day of registration deadline is 8:30 am. Any team not registered by that time will be removed from the event and not be included in the match list. All payments for entry fees MUST be in advance. Payments will not be accepted at the door.

Refund and Payment Policies

Event payments are expected when you register for the event. Payments must be completed 3 weeks prior to the event. Unpaid teams will be removed from the event to allow teams on the wait list to register.
