General Info

Welcome to the Stout Field VEX IQ ES Squared Away State Qualifier. This is an Elementary School Only event. We will have a concession stand open throughout the day. We will also be offering skills matches.

This event will offer 2 state spots for Teamwork Champion, Robot Skills Champion will also be awarded,
There will not be any judged awards at this event.

If you are arriving late on the day of the event for any reason please contact Matt Cochran at 317-750-9049. If you have not contacted him by 8:45am your teams arrive after registration has closed they will be removed from the event and not included in the match list.

Please make sure you have a completed Consent form to turn in at registration.

All payments for entry fees MUST be made 2 weeks in advance. Unpaid teams will be removed from the event to allow teams on the wait list to register.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of inclement weather, we will attempt to reschedule the event at a later date. All teams will be notified via e-mail if the event is cancelled. If a team is unable to make the rescheduled date, we will issue a refund if they notify us at least 4 days prior to the rescheduled date.
