Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Event hosts feel it is dangerous to travel Saturday the snow day for the event is the following day, Sunday, January 19, 2020.

Options

1 Event opening may be delayed to allow for travel.

2. Event may be moved to posted bad weather date.

3. Event may be canceled due to the weather.

Email Announcements will go out by 6:00 am and a voice recording will be updated on 860 989-1426.

All teams are encouraged to use their best judgment when deciding to attend.

Refund and Payment Policies

1. There is a bad weather date of Sunday, January 19th. If event is moved to the bad weather date no refunds will be given to teams that are unable to attend.
2. If event is canceled team registration fee minus Event Partners expenses will be refunded.
