7:00 - Doors Open
7:00-8:00 - Robot Inspection
7:15 to 9:15 – Skills Challenges on 6 fields (2 dedicated for entire day)
9:00 - Driver’s meeting
9:15 - Opening Ceremony
9:30 to 12:00 – Qualification Matches (6 matches per team, 2 sets of fields playing concurrently)
12:00 – Finals Matches (# of teams participating TBD)
12:30– Awards

We will be looking for volunteers to help with the event.

We could use an experienced Referee to help with the event.

Parking and Entrance Instructions

Parking is available on the East side of the Middle School with overflow parking across the street at the athletic fields and, for extreme overflow, at the Elementary schools.
A larger lot is available on the North side of the Middle School for Buses and Trailers.
The Main Entrance for Robots, Teams, Spectators, and visitors is on the East side of the building. Inside the door the hallway will go alongside the Multi-Purpose Room (AKA Pits) and the Gym.
Note: There are No Parking zones next to the building needed for Emergency Services.
