Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Teams will be contacted in the event of weather related and other unforseen event that may affect the health and safety of teams or the ability of teams to get to the venue.

Be sure your team contact information for the day of the event is up to date in Robotevents.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds will be issued up to December 20, 2019 if teams have to cancel.  Refunds will not be issued after Dec. 20, 2019.  Please be aware that event partners have fixed costs and rely on team registrations to meet these obligations.

There are several hotels/motels close to Bad Axe Middle School should any teams require overning stay for the event.  Teams can also contact Mr. Batzer at [email protected] for questions regarding travel accomodations.
