General Info

Thank you for your interest in the Turkey 'Bot Vex IQ Tournament! This is a tournament competition where the winners will receive invitations to the state championships in March 2020. Teams will check in Saturday morning. Feel free to wear your best turkey gear! There will be parent robot races & prizes for the winners! We will contact you closer to the event with more details including directions, campus maps, times, and food ordering information. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please email Risa Elder at [email protected]. Participants will be required to submit the VEX liability release form. Please upload before the tournament date.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If weather forces the event to be cancelled, we will make every attempt to reschedule. Cancellation information will be sent via email. Venue will be announced based on cancellation and availability.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds will only be made if the event is cancelled by us for reasons other than inclement weather. Refunds will not include the $5 processing fee assessed by Roboto Events for processing. Registrations will not be refunded for teams that register but choose not to come.
