General Info

This is our 3rd year of VEX robotics and we thought it would be a great time to host an event. Our teams are comprised of 4th - 6th graders. Our teams have always enjoyed the reflective and cooperative aspects of VEX.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Inclement weather: A decision regarding the event will be made the evening prior as soon as possible. If the weather begins during the event, coaches and event staff will make the call. If the event has progressed through the qualifiers, the main event will be rescheduled and no refunds. If the event has not progressed through the qualifiers, the entire event will be rescheduled and the fee minus the $5 robot event fee will be refunded.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds, minues the robotevents $5, will be refunded to teams up until 1 week before registration ends (November 8th, 2019). After that date, teams will be refunded 50% of registration.
