General Info

Welcome to the North West Hendricks Vex IQ Squared Away ES State Qualifier. We are Pittsboro Robotics and this is our 1st year hosting a Vex IQ competition but we have several years of Vex Robotics experience. Our event will be held at Tri-West Middle School in Lizton, Indiana. This is an elementary only event. This is a state qualifying event.

Please make sure you have a completed Consent forms to turn in at registration if you have not entered them online.

If you are arriving late on the day of the event for any reason please contact Julie Wiles at 317-440-4012. If you have not contacted her by 8:45am and your teams arrive after registration has closed, they will be removed from the event and not included in the match list.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

We will make every attempt to accommodate the majority of participants. At this time, we have no make up date planned. In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations please visit the event on events.vex.com where I will post updates about the event status as needed in the General description.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 1 month following the event (rarely will refunds be issued and only under extreme circumstances). Refunds, if granted, will ONLY be processed as future event registration and not a monetary refund. Event payments are expected when you register for the event, or other arrangements must be made prior to the event date. Unpaid teams will be removed from the event to allow teams on the wait list to register. Please feel free to contact me by phone if you are going to be late to the event. Match Lists will be generated as scheduled and will not be re-run
