10:00 AM Qualification Matches Begin

12:00-1:00 PM Lunch Break (Skills Challenge Field Open)

1:00-3:00 PM Qualification Matches Continue

3:15 PM Alliance Selection

3:30-4:30 PM Elimination Matches, followed by awards

Volunteer

Volunteers are essential to a successful tournament. Please consider volunteering. No prior experience is necessary. Please email [email protected] to sign up. Volunteers will receive any training necessary and a full day of inspiration working with incredibly talented youth.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of bad weather, updates will be made by email.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds will only be made if the event is cancelled by Portland East Middle School. Refunds will not include the $5 processing fee assessed by Roboto Events for processing. Registrations will not be refunded for teams that register, but choose not to come.
