General Info

Tournament Date: November 14, 2019

This tournament will be held in one of Ten Ton Robotics Regular rooms. If enough interest is expressed early enough we do have the capacity to expand to a much larger venue, so please sign up as soon as you feel you can safely commit.

Also if you do see trouble with making the 4 o'clock start time please contact me and we can see about a slightly delayed start.

7:00 cleaned up and headed for home

We will do our best to make this work but as this is our first time trying this evening format please be considerate.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of an incident or circumstance effecting this event, The event partner will undertake three notification strategies.

An advisory describing the situation (e.g. inclement weather) and the action being taken (e.g. event cancellation) will be posted to this RobotEvents event listing under this tab.
The same information will also be e-mailed to all registered team coaches. Make sure your contact information is upto date in Robot Events.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds are available to teams that cancel two weeks before the event
If less than two weeks to the event date refunds will be made on a case by case basis.
If you are cancelling with less than 2 weeks notice and if another team can fill the orginal teams spot, then a full refund should be available.
