It's Inside room competition, teams will be notified, via email, if any event occurs that would jeopardize the event.  Teams should make sure their contact information in events.vex.com is up to date.

Refund and Payment Policies

Due to fixed costs that are incurred by the event partner and there is no registration fee, refund is not available.
