Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
The event will be rescheduled if canceled due to bad weather. Teams will be notified of cancellation through the e-mail address provided in RobotEvents during registration
Refund and Payment Policies
- Refunds will not be given to teams canceling less than a week before the competition.
- Refunds will be sent out around 6 weeks from the event to those who cancel in due time.
- If teams registered and paid through robotevents, we must receive the funds from robotevents first. This sometimes takes 3-6 months.
- Refunds from robotevents will deduct 10%.
